Chicago bassist, composer, and film scorer John Sutton has been commissioned by Fulton River District’s newest jazz room at The Dawson. Presenting new original music alongside deep cuts from composer’s Thelonious Monk, Charles Mingus, and the Ellington-Strayhorn book, each week will feature different instrumentation and repetoire.
