After spending three weeks as a visiting artist studying composition with Nicole Mitchell at the Atlantic Center for the Arts, I am debuting new compositions for four different ensembles. Each performance is free and open to the public. This residency has been made possible with support from the Luminarts Cultural Foundation.

“Broken Music” is a set of compositions that was written during a time of deep personal grief, and aims to reflect the arc of emotional range one travels during periods of growth.
